Joe has been a full-time massage therapist for eleven years, and he loves it. In June 2008, Joe left his private practice in Santa Barbara for Palo Alto, where his wife Amy began her radiology residency at Stanford University Hospital. Joe has worked on many professional athletes, but says getting "weekend warriors" ready for Monday morning is more rewarding.
As a professional mountain biker, Joe incorporated massage into his weekly regimen. He subsequently never strained or pulled a muscle, and his race and training recovery time was dramatically reduced. It became clear that "massage is a legitimate therapy, and part of a healthy lifestyle."
