All visits are payable in full at the time of the visit. If a co-pay is an option that will be paid in full.
We encourage the pre-pay option for a series of visits. Pay for 10 visits and receive the last visit for free. (A $90.00 savings).
If you need to reschedule, please be sure to call the clinic 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so that we can make your time available to another client.
If you do not reschedule 24 hours in advance, or if you miss your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full fee.
Any patient wishing to have insurance cover all or a portion of their treatment should contact their insurance provider to learn the coverage boundaries of their policies with respect to Traditional Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture.
As a courtesy to our patients, Many Lives Chinese Medicine works with a wide variety of insurance providers. We utilize an outside billing service to provide the most comprehensive insurance billing possible.
This process requires the patient to provide a copy of their insurance card. We will then bill your insurance carrier for reimbursement. The insurance carrier will reimburse depending on the extent of your policy. That process requires 14 business days.
The patient is responsible for the full cost of the treatment at the time of the visit.
